What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit and debit card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WordPress Pay.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”.

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

It depends. Try entering your promo codes at checkout. If applicable, your items will still get discounted further.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

Was I charged twice?

We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?

Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your payment information or shipping address. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!

My order won’t go through. What should I do?

You’re so close to having your dream items headed to you, and then the order won’t submit! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We are always trying to beat our records, which means we process orders fast! Once we initially process your order, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

Yippee! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add INFO@YOURDOMAINNAME.COM to your safe sender list.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update. Have your tracking number at hand? You can track your order’s status here.

What to do if my item got damaged and issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve finished examining your ticket, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do I need to return the faulty item to get refunded?

You don’t need to return the faulty item to get refunded because we know how annoying it is. And guess what? It means you can keep the item for free!

My item is not faulty but I’m not satisfied with it. Can I return it?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process my refund?

It normally takes up to 2 days to process your refund. Additionally, you’ll receive a special gift as our way to say sorry.


I’m in love with something that’s out of stock! What can I do?

There is a certain devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect item you had your heart set on are sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back!
